Background & Experience
|
Mike began specializing in industrial brokerage with Colliers International in 1999, and in May 2005, joined Alliance Commercial as a Partner and as Vice President of its Industrial Properties Group. In May of 2007 Alliance Commercial became NAI Alliance and Mr. Hoeck became a Senior Vice President.
Mike’s clients have included: Wal-Mart, R-Supply (Ferguson), Panattoni Development, Nations Rent, Passco, Seagate Properties, ProLogis, Assa Abloy-Interlock, CommScope, MicroMetl and numerous other local and national companies.
Mr. Hoeck was a recipient of the inaugural Summit Awards, "Industrial Broker of the Year" in 2005, 2006 and again in 2008.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Mike owned and operated an eight-store retail chain located throughout the south and west, and spent seven years in residential real estate development. A Reno resident since 1964, his long-standing relationships in the business community serve as the basis of his strong referral and repeat business. Mike and his family enjoy spending recreational time at nearby Lake Tahoe.
