Brian Armon, Senior Vice President and Principal, joined NAI Alliance in 2021 as an industrial specialist representing both buyers and sellers throughout Northern Nevada. He represents owners and users in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of property. Brian earned his CCIM designation in 2005 and his SIOR designation in 2009.
Brian’s unparalleled market knowledge enables him to guide clients through the decision-making process involved with transacting in the industrial market. His real estate expertise and strong understanding of business strategy allow him to provide insightful guidance and outside-the-box problem solving skills to help his clients capitalize on real estate driven business opportunities.
Prior to joining NAI Alliance, Brian was the Managing Partner of the Northern Nevada Cushman & Wakefield office which acquired Trinity Commercial where Brian was the Founder and President. He has successfully facilitated some of Northern Nevada’s largest transactions over his 20+ years of experience. Some of these transactions include the sale of the IGT Campus for $156 million, the sale of Crossroads Commerce Center, 4,300 acre master planned rail-served industrial park, the lease of the 95,000 SF Panasonic Energy North American headquarters, and the lease of 802,000 SF for S&S Activewear.
Brian grew up in Reno, NV and attended the University of Nevada, Reno. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He earned his real estate license in 2000.
In his time away from real estate, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, mountain biking, skiing and exploring Nevada’s vast outback.
