Holly Ignacio joined NAI Alliance in 2022 as the Director of Marketing. Her marketing background combines experience in brand development and strategy execution in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Having started her career in Project Management, Holly leverages her meticulous attention to detail, lifelong love for organizing, and excellent design skills to diligently plan organizational marketing strategies, track metrics, and deliver exceptional results.

Holly was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and moved to Reno in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, an International Business Certificate from IESEG School of Management, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Nevada, Reno. Holly is currently studying for her real estate license.

In her time away from real estate, Holly enjoys woodworking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Kenny, her horse, Bunny, and their three dogs, Bowser, Yoda, and Tanuki.
