McKenna Bemel joined NAI Alliance in 2023 supporting the brokerage teams with marketing activities including flyer design and creation, print material development, marketing campaign management, and more.

McKenna was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic and Web Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix. 

In her time away from the office, McKenna enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband John and their two dogs, Ember and Ash.

As our improvements were nearing completion, we successfully leased the full remaining vacancy (55,000 sf). This lease was done at a top of market rent and provides for a 100% leased investment sale with 5 years of lease terms. Our brokers, Dan Oster and Chase Houston of NAI Alliance, deserve great acknowledgement for landing this deal. The prospecting and execution of this lease over a weekend was a great win all the way around!
