Simon Solaegui joined NAI Alliance in 2024 as a research analysis. Simon’s primary focus is on the Reno office market. He utilizes his skills in data analytics to bring valuable insight to clients. He performs research constantly to maintain a grasp on the everchanging market.   

Before entering the real estate industry, Simon worked as a traffic data collector at Solaegui Engineers. There he worked to tabulate traffic data for some of northern Nevada’s largest commercial, Industrial and residential projects. Simon was able to gain knowledge of traffic engineering aspect of commercial development.

Simon is a 3^rd generation northern Nevadan. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. During his time away from the office, Simon loves spending time with his wife Jennae, and working on projects outside.
