Kelly specializes in anchor tenant representation and shopping center anchor leasing, acquisition and site sales for both retail land and shopping center sites. Additionally, he is involved in investment sales of retail properties.
Kelly began his real estate career in Reno, Nevada in 1990 as a market research analyst with Coldwell Banker Commercial, now CBRE. He was promoted to a broker in 1992. Between 1998 and 2005, he was Senior Vice President of Retail Properties with Colliers International. In 2005, he became one of the founding partners of Alliance Commercial, which is now NAI Alliance. Kelly’s recent focus is on landlord representation,
site selection for anchor retail tenants and investment sales. His years of experience in these areas leave him well equipped to assist clients in meeting their real estate goals. Additionally, he holds real estate licenses in both Nevada and California, allowing him to serve clients in both states.
Some of Kelly’s clients include 99 Cent Only Stores, 24-Hour Fitness, AT&T, Bank of America, Bank of the West, Blockbuster, Carl’s Jr., Chuck E. In his time away from real estate, Kelly enjoys the great outdoors by golfing, hiking, and hunting as well as spending time with his wife and kids.
