RENO, NV – June 2025 – NAI Alliance, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management company in Reno, announces a 63-month, ±11,267-square-foot lease for Bluberi Gaming USA Inc. at 1000 Sandhill Road in Reno. Senior Vice President & Principal Dan Oster, SIOR represented the tenant.
Bluberi develops slot games and gaming machines, and in September 2025 it received Nevada licenses to manufacture and distribute. The two-story South Meadows building combines office space with a fully air-conditioned warehouse with 24-foot clear heights. This is the second Reno lease NAI Alliance has completed for Bluberi, following its ±18,846-square-foot lease at McCarran Business Park in 2023.
